Home-made cucumbers pickled in brine

On 21st and 22nd December 2015, in our Plant there was performed a certification audit of a management system: Global Standards for Food Safety.
Edition 7: January 2015 / BRB – food standard/ with the accreditation of UKAS.
As a result of the project called “Implementation of an innovative vacuum packing technology” our company bought: Steam boiler, can sealing machine, horseradish dispenser, vacuum impact wrench for jars, washing machine for full jars and a license for vacuum packing.
The investment was co-funded by the EU from the European Regional Development Fund.
